Day 1 

Brisbane  

The river city of Brisbane is a modern and diverse sub-tropical metropolis. As Queensland’s capital city, Brisbane offers visitors a stimulating city experience in a warm, friendly and relaxed environment. It is well serviced by city infrastructure, including cultural precincts of theatres, museums and international cuisine. World class sporting venues, conference facilities, parklands and river walks create a vibrant metropolitan city. Brisbane is Australia’s third largest city, and home to nearly two million culturally diverse people. Visitors can enjoy the temperate year round climate at one of the city’s many outdoor areas including South Bank Parklands or Queen Street Mall shopping precincts.

Day 2

Brisbane  

Full Day Aussie Outback (Scenic Rim) 

This 8.5 hour tour enables you to discover the variety the Aussie Outback has to offer that few tourists ever see. So close to Brisbane, the gorgeous Scenic Rim is yet to be discovered. This informative and beautiful tour is perfect for guests craving a genuine Aussie experience. Tour includes cattle country, Lake Moogerah, wine tasting, and lavender fields (May to Sep), while keeping an eye out for the local wildlife. There is also an option of a mountain forest walk. The perspective of the ‘Scenic Rim’ (a dramatic arc of volcanic mountains) changes throughout the tour. Travel back to Brisbane, where you will be transferred to your Brisbane accommodation. 


Day 3 

Brisbane  

Morning Private City Essentials 

The perfect introduction to Brisbane as this 3.5 hour tour (3km /2mile) covers all the main sights in the city center and takes you where the buses can’t go. See King George Square, the Story Bridge, the City Botanic Gardens, the oldest church in Queensland, Eagle Street Pier, the City Hall Clock Tower, and lots of hidden secrets along the way. The guide will also point out the best City bars, cafes and restaurants for every budget, so you can make the most of your limited time here. The tour will conclude at Eagle Pier One. Make your own way back to your Brisbane accommodation.  


Afternoon Dash of Brisbane 

Your 3.5 hour tour will visit some outstanding craft breweries as well as visiting one of our favorite bars or two. Go behind the scenes of the best boutique breweries, and have a fantastic day trying beer around the city while meeting the creators. These neighboring breweries, situated in the Newstead and Teneriffe areas of Brisbane, are staples in the Queensland craft beer repertoire and an ideal place to start your tour. Sample their core ranges – plus maybe a few seasonal brews if the timing is right. Learn about the history of each and discovering differences of flavor across their ranges. Finally finishing at a third and final brewery (subject to time permitting). This tour is ideal for those without a lot of time or people just beginning their foray into beer.  


Day 4 

Brisbane to Adelaide

Adelaide  

The wine and festival capital of Australia, Adelaide is a place to experience the buzz, culture and convenience of a city without the frustrations. The city center, surrounded by parklands, is a charming blend of historic buildings, wide streets, groovy shops and a huge variety of street cafes and restaurants. Visit the largest undercover market in the southern hemisphere and taste the best of South Australia at the Adelaide Central Market or enjoy a ride on Adelaide’s tram from the city center to the historic yet vibrant beachside suburb of Glenelg. The city also provides a great launching point to the many attractions surrounding Adelaide, including world class wine regions, the Australian Outback, Kangaroo Island and much more.

This hotel is superbly located in the center of Adelaide, just moments away from Central Markets and Chinatown. Housed on the site of a former textile factory, the property’s “Raw and Refined” design ethos celebrates the neighborhood's commercial past with an exciting blend of heritage-listed and modern architecture, as well as eye-catching contemporary design features. The neighborhood boasts a vibrant culinary and produce hub, with a strong sense of character and community, nestled into an eclectic pocket in the heart of the city. The modern color palette is brightened by natural light and colorful wall art, inspired by neighborhood festival posters. The guest rooms are compact, but space is well utilized. Locally influenced décor is celebrated throughout the guest rooms. A copper ensemble serves as desk, hanging and storage space, which is completely open, saving guests from hunting around wardrobes or potentially leaving items behind. The bedhead is a festival poster; light switches are easy to flick from mood to reading to night. The bathroom is contained behind frosted glass, with copper fixtures harking back to South Australia’s copper mining history.  


Evening Wine, Dine & Discover by Foot 

Walk to one of the city's lesser known local wine bars for a few shared starters and an introduction to some of the region's best wines. Wander the back streets of Central Adelaide with time to admire architecture and local sites, street art and atmosphere in the coolest and most fascinating urban enclaves. Head to one of the city's best hidden bars for an introduction to local spirits and creative cocktails, a few delicious share plates and a chat with the proprietor. Hear about local laws and legends, the saints, sinners, innovators and creators who have shaped this unique Australian city. Finish up with a local digestive, some delicious fresh cheeses or a few sweet treats at a local institution that has helped shaped Adelaide's unique night culture. On the conclusion of your dining experience you guide will walk you back to your Adelaide hotel. 


Day 5 

Adelaide

Barossa Valley  Full Day Best of the Barossa Valley Tour 

This 8 hour tour includes a city orientation tour and then travels through the scenic Torrens Gorge to the Barossa Valley, a natural chasm carved out of the Adelaide Hills by the River Torrens. Start your wine tasting experience by visiting smaller wineries such as Schild Estate or visit Trevor Jones’ Kellermeister. Travel to Jacobs Creek to visit some small wineries with rustic charm, making wines in traditional Barossa methods, such as Rockfords and Charlie Melton. Stop at Tanunda to discover the local arts and crafts shops. Enjoy a picturesque drive up to Menglers Hill for unsurpassed views over the entire Valley and then continue into historic Angaston. Visit Angas Park, specializing in fine dried fruits, or the local cheese maker who has won many awards for their farm cheeses. Lunch will be alfresco under the vines or at Vintners restaurant. For those more seriously into wine the next stop could be Henschkes winery in Keyneton, a fifth generation German winery producing outstanding wines that incorporate the best of old world and state of the art winemaking. Alternatively visit historic Yalumba, the biggest family run winery in Australia. Return to Adelaide, where you will be transferred to your Adelaide accommodation.  


Day 6 

Adelaide  

Morning Adelaide Central Market Delicious Lunch Tour

Food lovers are invited to tour South Australia’s culinary icon established in 1869, the Adelaide Central Market. This 3 hour tour is designed by one of the states noted food experts, Mark Gleeson. With over 30 year experience in the food tourism and hospitality industries, Gleeson’s knowledge of South Australia’s finest produce market is second to none. During the Adelaide Central Market Tour, taste a delicious selection of foods from South Australian artisan food producers, meet the suppliers, Stallholders and producers whose families have traded the Market for generations. This small group tour is hosted by local guides and is serious fun for those with a passion for great food, and the people who grow and supply it to our tables. After your tour, settle in for a delicious Market cafe lunch and watch the world go. Make your own way to your Adelaide accommodation. 


Day RoofClimb 

This 2 hour tour provides you with the opportunity to climb a section of the Adelaide Oval's roof. Your trained RoofClimb Leaders will guide you across the highest points of the Oval’s unique roofline. Travelling from the Western Stand to the Riverbank Stand on a purpose-built path. The experience will offer breathtaking views and a unique perspective of the city of Adelaide. Witness blue sky in every direction and marvel at some of Adelaide's most recognized landmarks. Adelaide to Sydney

This 2.5 hour bike ride provides you with the opportunity to experience the essentials of Sydney. Pedal past Circular Quay, the piers at Walsh Bay, Darling Harbour, Hyde Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens. There's no better way to get orientated with the city than on a bike. At the conclusion of your tour, make your own way to your Sydney accommodation.

Today on your 2.5 hour tour, your guide will take you through the alleys and cobbled streets of The Rocks as they share the gossip, shouts, and stories of Australia’s first European settlement. Hear about the legends, gangs, and hauntings of this distinctive neighborhood as you sample some of its finest libations. After your tour, you can either join your tour mates and other revelers at an iconic pub for a meal and another beer or two or make your own way back to your accommodation.
